1. Overview

By accessing this website and purchasing services or products from Nela Dance LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, students, and visitors.

2. Services Provided

Nela Dance LLC offers:

Group dance classes
Private lessons
Wedding choreography services
Workshops and events
Dance-related products

3. Payments

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, or other listed options.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Classes & Workshops

All group classes and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits unless otherwise stated.

Private Lessons

Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.

Wedding Dance Packages

Deposits are non-refundable.
Once a package is confirmed and scheduled, it is non-cancellable.
Payment plans must be completed before lessons begin unless otherwise agreed.

5. Product Purchases

Physical products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for contacting Nela Dance LLC to initiate returns.
Products are non-refundable.

6. Participation & Liability Waiver

By participating in any class, lesson, or event:

You acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Nela Dance LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during participation.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Be respectful to instructors and other students
Follow class guidelines and studio rules
Maintain a positive and safe environment

Nela Dance LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who does not comply.

8. Intellectual Property

All choreography, class content, videos, and materials are the property of Nela Dance LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Scheduling & Changes

Nela Dance LLC reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or class formats as needed.
Clients will be notified of any major changes.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
