Products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect (for example, wrong size).

To request an exchange:

• You must contact Nela Dance LLC within 7 days of delivery 
• The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging 

Approved cases may be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

Shipping fees may apply.

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the nature of scheduled classes and limited spots, once a service is purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred to another person or future session.

However, Nela Dance offers a hybrid training system to support your progress:

If you miss a class, you will still have access to recap/training videos provided during the session period so you can continue learning and stay on track.

Private lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late rescheduling requests or missed sessions may result in the loss of the lesson.
